We went to the Mirabell for dinner today. It's a great place to relax with delicious food. The chicken tikka masalla was awesome, an Indian couldn't have done better! Service friendly, fast and price okay. We recommend!

We waited 1:15 to be served while we ordered daily specials! In addition it was cold preparations! We were 3 adults and 2 children. Fortunately it was sunny and warm on the terrace, but the children were hungry. When we made up our mind to leave after drinking 2 large bottles of water the waitress quickly came to let us stay, told us that she would pay for the drinks, that it was us next to be served. What a further disappointment when the dish arrived! Fortunately the children were best served with their fried nuggets! So I recommend the little snack next door with fried sausages where you will be served faster that's for sure or go a little further to the pizzeria. In any case I will not return to Bistro Mirabell !!!

Great restaurant to relax in after you’ve explored Saarschleife. Picturesque setting by the forest set by a water feature. Waiting staff were friendly and the food was hearty and good. The beer was tasty as well. Would recommend if you’re looking for a casual dining experience set in idyllic surroundings.

It rained terribly on the day. Have been there after visiting the treetop path. Were soaking wet. We were nevertheless very nice and friendly welcomed. The service came quite fast and the food was very good. My husband and I enjoyed it very much. If we are in the area again, we will definitely visit the restaurant again.

Today with a group in the bistro - unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Overburdened, eye-wrenching service staff who obviously have no interest in the guest. Pity!

We sat there for a long time without being served, not even the glasses of our predecessors were cleared away. We asked the waiter several times if we could order and each time we got another answer: - that's not my table - the colleague does not come - one moment please Again and again, the employees have run over and over. After about 40 minutes we are up. Well I have not experienced anything like that, in my opinion ... a joke!

We were here twice, the first time the food was better. The prices are ok, but not cheap, but you can have a great meal before or after a walk. I would rather not go there just for the food ...

The food tastes really good, BUT ... The service is not organized at all. You wait forever until you can order and until the food comes. And if the food or drinks come, then either something is wrong or something is missing. Tables are not wiped after they have been cleared. Gracious three stars

I wouldn't expect to have such a good meal at a restaurant located in a turistic site, they probed me wrong. The service was great and the food fantastic with reasonable prices.

You have to wait forever until you are served .. Moreover, it seems that there is not really an order or the waiters do not know what the other one is doing or has been doing. Positive, however, was finally able to order that the order came quite quickly. The warm food was lukewarm cold. That's why only 2 stars.

The tarte cake was really delicious and you sit there well. However, it took us over 2 hours to be there, no one asked for a second drink or wish. This is a pity!

Amazing food with very generous portions

We were there for the first time to warm up with a cappuccino after the treetop path. The location is ideal at the beginning or end of the path to the Saar loop. The menu is good and the prices are reasonable. However, it was noticeable that the service did not work despite an unbelievably few guests. The menu lasted and another man had to give the service a sign for the bill. Otherwise it would have been 4 stars. Lactose-free milk could have been available for 5 stars.

Have shared experiences. Have once had scampi there. Really tasty and ok in price! The service was very very nice! Another time there was schnitzel and chicken breast. Very tasty, but the meat portion was a little poor for the rather expensive price. Also 2 dishes (out of 7) were only lukewarm. No courtesy of the staff. If the number of visitors is high, think the restaurant may be a little overwhelmed. Nevertheless, it is recommended in terms of taste and the ambience in this place is unique!
